We acknowledge that the land on which we gather is the traditional territory of the Attawandaron, Anishinaabeg, Haudenosaunee, and Lunaapeewak peoples who have longstanding relationships to the land, water and region of southwestern Ontario.
We acknowledge the Upper Canada Treaties signed in regards to this land, which include Treaty #6, the London Township purchase, and our roles as treaty people; we commit to moving forward in the spirit of reconciliation, gratitude, and respect with the Indigenous, Métis and Inuit peoples.
