PSALM FOR THE WEEK
Psalm 33: 13-15, 20-22 from the New Revised Standard Version updated edition
The Lord looks down from heaven;
he sees all humankind.
From where he sits enthroned he watches
all the inhabitants of the earth—
he who fashions the hearts of them all
and observes all their deeds.
Our soul waits for the Lord;
he is our help and shield.
Our heart is glad in him
because we trust in his holy name.
Let your steadfast love, O Lord, be upon us,
even as we hope in you.
PRAYER FOR THE WEEK
Gracious God,
You extend steadfast love in abundance to all.
Be with those who feel they are not seen or wanted.
Enable everyone to feel your presence in these
anxious times. Your love abounds always,
open our eyes and hearts to Your love everyday. Amen.
Prayer focus: For your beloved Transgender and Non-Binary peoples
